Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days for return shipping for EU & UK. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Also, for hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it, according to the warranty below. In any event, the costs you bear to return the goods (the cost of shipping the return) may be at your expense and you bear the risk of damage or loss of the goods during a return until the goods reach us.
