Holiday Return Period extended 2026:

We’ve extended our return policy until January 31, 2026. This extension applies to all orders placed between October 20 and December 31. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Original packaging is not required. For hygienic reasons, panties and boxer briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping cost within the Netherlands starts at €6.70. Shipping cost for other parts of EU and the UK starts at €10.00. The rest of the world shipping cost is €30.00.

Our delivery times usually take to 2-7 business days within EU and UK. We deliver from Amsterdam, the Netherlands and all items have already passed EU customs.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days for return shipping for EU & UK. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Also, for hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original packing and in the same condition that you received it, according to the warranty below. In any event, the costs you bear to return the goods (the cost of shipping the return) may be at your expense and you bear the risk of damage or loss of the goods during a return until the goods reach us.

Please note that while the goods remain in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.

Please include photos of the item with your request. These photos allow our team to determine if the product qualifies for return or exchange. We’ve received returns in poor condition, including worn items, those with odors, animal hair, or not from our brand. To maintain quality, we now require photos of the item before sending it back.

Our team will review your request and photos to determine eligibility. Approval of photos does not guarantee a return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions via email. Your item will be inspected once received before any refund or exchange is issued. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Every returned item is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared to be resold. We are committed to minimizing waste, no returned clothing goes to landfill.

Items Returned in Damaged or Unsellable Condition

If an item is returned damaged or unsellable, we may return it to the customer, with the shipping cost covered by the customer. Some exceptions may apply, so please contact customer service if you have any questions or concerns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards can be returned and exchanged for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at embracenature@armsofandes.com

Shipping
Upon acceptance of return a ground-shipping label will be sent to you with the return address for the product.

Warranty
Arms of Andes provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Arms of Andes to determine if they fall under the Warranty.
